What happens after I fill out a state program form on the Accessible Tech website?
Find out what to expect after submitting your state program form, from your first call with our team to receiving your iPad or tablet.
Once you've submitted your application form, here's what to expect:
- A program coordinator will reach out
Someone from our team will contact you by phone, text, or email to confirm your eligibility, walk you through the next steps, and answer any questions you have - Your application will need to be signed
Depending on your state, we may send your application electronically or by mail. Simply sign it and return it. - You'll need to provide supporting documentation
This typically requires proof of residency and may include other documents depending on your state. You'll be able to upload these securely through our website, or send them via text or email. - Professional certification may be required
Some state programs require a letter or certification from a licensed professional such as a speech therapist or healthcare provider. If you're not currently working with someone, don't worry, we can often help arrange a teletherapy appointment at no cost to you. - Your iPad will be shipped
Once your application is approved, your iPad along with everything you need to get started using TippyTalk will be delivered to the mailing address you provided on your application. If this changes, please let us know as soon as possible by submitting the form on our contact page, or getting in touch with a member of our team.
Need more support? If you have additional questions or need support at any point in the process, you can reach out to our live website chat, a state program coordinator, or fill out the form on our contact page.
