Steps to setting up the TippyTalk mobile app

Step 1: Download the TippyTalk app

Install the mobile app on your phone

iPhone/iPad: download from the App store
Android: Download from Google Play

Step 2: Create your password

Open the app
Tap Sign Up
- Do not tap Log In. You're setting up your password for the first time
When prompted for your email address, enter the email you used through out your application process.

Tip: You can change your email once you've signed up successfully using the same email you used throughout your application process. If you try using a different email to sign up, you may hit a paywall and be requested to pay a subscription.

Create a password
Tap Continue

Step 3: Confirm your account

After completing the steps above, you will receive an email containing a 6-digit confirmation code.

Open the email
Copy the code
Enter the code in the TippyTalk mobile app to finish setup

Not seeing the confirmation email?

The confirmation email does not appear within a few minutes:

Check your Spam or Junk folder
Add techsupport@accessible-tech.com to your contacts or safe senders list
