Understand our return, refund, and exchange policy for US and international orders.

US orders

30-day satisfaction guarantee

All Dreampad products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund within 30 days of placing your order.

  • The 30-day period starts from the order date
  • If your delivery is significantly delayed, contact support to request an extension

Return eligibility

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days
  • All products must be included
  • Items must be in original packaging

Additional fees

  • Missing items: $40 deduction from refund
  • Oversized return box: $15 deduction from refund

How to start a return

  1. Login to your customer account
  2. Locate your order
  3. Click Request Return
  4. Submit your request

You will receive

  • A return confirmation email
  • A printable return shipping label

Packing instructions

  • Use the original box (or a box of equal or smaller size)
  • Place the pillow in the original plastic bag
  • Include all accessories:
    • Bluetooth receiver
    • Charging cable
    • Adapters
    • Extension
  • Use the accessory bag where possible

Note: Using a larger box will result in a $15 fee.

Shipping your returns

  • Attach the provided return label
  • Drop off your package at any US Postal Service location

Once received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you would like a different item.

  • A $15 fee applies to cover additional shipping costs

Refunds

  • Full refunds are available within 30 days if all conditions are met
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Fees may apply if return conditions are not met

Sale items

Sale items are eligible for return under the same policy.

International orders

Due to high return shipping costs, we do not offer refunds for international orders.
