How to find or change your Admin PIN

If you've forgotten your 4-digit Admin PIN, don't worry, you can easily retrieve it from within the TippyTalk app.

Note that you don't need your Admin PIN to log in to your account; your email address and password are all you need to access TippyTalker.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Log in to your account: using your email address and password.

  2. Find your profile: once logged in, you'll see a welcome screen that greets you by name, "Hey, [your name]!" - on this screen, tap the TippyTalker icon.

  3. Open your profile settings: after tapping the TippyTalker icon, look for the icon in the upper right corner of the screen and tap it.

  4. View your PIN: tap Edit Profile to view your PIN. Your current 4-digit Admin PIN will be displayed on this screen.

  5. Change your PIN (if needed): If you'd like to update your PIN to something new, you can do so directly from this same Edit Profile screen.
